Do you know who I have tons of respect for?
People in positions of influence who honor their Savior.
I don’t want to start naming names because as soon as I do, I’ll miss someone. I’m notorious for that.
But today is Thursday, and I’m thankful for those who openly honor God. People in positions of influence that use their platform to honor their Savior, now that’s just cool.
I can think of several big name bloggers, football players, coaches, musicians, tv stars, and others in influential positions that really use their talents to spread the Word and honor God. And kudos to them for that. I hope they never stop. I don’t know if they realize just how many lives they are affecting by sharing their faith as openly as they do.
It’s good to know there are still people in this world who love Jesus, and love to tell the world about Him.
‘Let nothing be done through selfish ambition, or conceit, but in lowliness of mind let each esteem others better than himself. Let each of you look out not only for his own interests, but also for the interests of others’. Philippians 2:3-5.
